file processing
Application. When you refinance or purchase a new home, a loan officer will assist you to complete a loan application, which includes a set of disclosures that you will need to sign. The application allows us to gather other sensitive information about you such as employment and credit history, bank statements and income documents.
Processing. During processing the accuracy of application information is verified and your credit reports, appraisal, title commitment and other processes are completed. During this time ACME LENDING will work with you to get the correct information for any questions that may arise.
Approval. The mortgage lender’s underwriter examines the file to ensure it conforms to industry standards and that all the documentation is acceptable. If your application is approved, you will receive a conditional approval with a list of conditions that must be met in order to receive loan documents. We work with you to complete any loan conditions that must be satisfied.
Closing. Loan documents are signed using an independent Title Company. We work with you to meet any “prior to funding” conditions and these are usually sent back along with the loan documents from closing.
From start to finish, ACME LENDING works hard to make your loan process a smooth experience.
We specialize in the art of loans. Our close ratio is high because we take the time to physically process each element of a loan file.
